If you need to make a claim or enquire about an existing claim you can either speak with us by calling 03 8540 7755 or if the matter is urgent or out of hours, please call the Resilium Claims Team on 131 437.

Resilium Claims is a fast and efficient claims service with a 24-hour emergency hotline, Australia-wide. You can provide all your details over the phone and no claims forms are required.

Call them on 131 437 or alternatively you can use Resilium’s on-line Claim lodgement form located here.

For Covermore’s Travel Insurance and Resilium’s Farm Insurance or Heavy Motor Insurance, please refer to the respective PDS (Product Disclosure Statement) or Policy Schedule for a guide on how to make a claim. Alternatively, please give us a call at any time to discuss lodging a claim for these products.

 

Resilium/NTI’s Heavy Motor department have a 24/7 Accident Assist Line for lodging of claims by the Insured or Driver, they can be contacted on 1800 684 669.
